I've been an ebb and flower and aero guy for a good while now and wanted to share a rather unique set-up I saw the other day and I will also be giving it a go next time..
The guy had your standard looking ebb and flow but what he did was put a 1" riser on both the intake and drainage.. Basically leaving 1" of water with 1 air stones.. He would flood to about 5 inches every few hours to circulate the water..
Kind of a hybrid deep water (in this case shallow) culture and ebb and flow combo.. I was very impressed with the visual results...
