okay i just got done building my tent got the panda film up now i just need to know what size intake hole/holes i should make should i have one big one or more smaller ones will be running a 6" fan on a speed controller only thing that sucks is the only place i can run the outtake pipe is out of the top of the door and intake will have to be on the bottom of the door no room on the other sides will that work the tent is sealed good with zippers

you did right so fare ..

outtake needs to be up high as hot air travels up, passive intake holes need to be at the bottom where cool air is located, one or two holes is not so important, just make sure you have a bit of under pressure so all air going out is through your filter/ventilation (normal 2-3x the size of your outtake =12-18")

and make sure the intake holes (I use a pice of ditching) is light proof and the air coming in pass the plants (use a small clip on/table fan to circulate the air in there)

so i could do 2 6" holes instead of 1 big one also i will not be running the fan at full speed will that make a diff to the size holes i need here is what i have to work with tent is not accessible from 3 sides only the front door plan on running the intake and outtake through holes in the door

2 6'' should do fine but u'd have to test the fan running at low speed to ensure it stays cool in there and fresh air comes in good

two 6" might work, well Im sure it will since you have speed control, might not be able to run it at max tho, with out the side of your tent is being pulled in to much, as said before, just keep a slight underpresure, that way you will avoid any smell escape

if you cant run it at max you might not able to keep it cool enough that might be your only problem..

also, unless you grow autos they need total darkness doing dark hours, NO !!! light at all so better make sure you have lots of dutch tape.. growers best friend ;)

I would probably run two pieces of dutcing with a bend or two to avoid any light leaking in as intake holes on each side of the tent, and one pice of dutching on the ventilation and use the speed control to keep the right pressure, make sure the zipper is light tight ..

light leaks are nothing big its in a closet so i can close the door i ididnt think it would be to hard to cool right now im running it with the door open with a fan blowing over the lights and a box fan hung up at the top of the closet doorway and temps haven't got over 80 my inline should be here 2moro

deffinatly an idea,, it would cause the air to need to rise over the plants more thus helping with CO^2
