There are are few options to go for, could go for a larger fan and step it down with a speed controller or an Rvk 100a1 184cfm which is spot on

There are inline silencers, not sure how well they work.
And there's no such thing as a silenced inline fan, all you can do is build around it to mute the noise, which the motor itself doesn't make much noise but people build boxes, I was suggested to put even a paper box around it as it will dull the noise of the fan or build a box out of wood as most people do, the fan noise of the blowing air isn't any worse then a dryer, so you can mute it with these silencers, once you mute the blowing sound the fan noise is all you got left, but it's minor.

I was going to buy one as I have the tent literally next to my bed as well, limited on space what can you do right ;)
I didn't get one sense the AC I got is even louder so with the inline fan running it's nothing for noise.

Also, I'm running a 2x4x5 tent, that's 40 cubic feet, I forget what the math worked out to be, but something like 190CFM minimum. Plus your carbon filter will take ~20% or something of that power; so I got a 240CFM fan and I think with my filter on it's pulling 180CFM. I do have a small negitave pressure but you'll want better.

So go for something like the 400CFM inline as minimum, and please hope if you throw a control on it you don't get a humming noise because your slowing the motor.
