Intake / Exhaust Question sealed room (unsealed)

If I had a slightly larger than 6ft x 6ft room.

My intake fan is a 8" CanFan Max (so it has a speed controller) I find running it at 2 keeps room temp/humidity perfect. It's on a 2" reducer - just that way it has to be. (Along with a dehumidifier)

My question is, if it is a sealed room, how big of an intake would I need?
(I'd love to run CO2 but buying and carrying tanks is not really a feasible option.)

Should a 6" Intake fan be enough? (I do need negative pressure for odour control.)
OR Would a 4" Passive Intake work? (never-mind, I think I would need way more than a 4" passive lol.)

so room is like 300 cubic feet, at 2x would be like 600. I know my intake covers it.
Since air should be replenished that quickly too, I'm guessing I'd want a 600cfm fan.

so I guess a better question would be, when choosing an intake fan, how close should I come to the exhaust fan CFM while still maintaining negative pressure?

I think a 6" CanFan Pro should do?

Glad you edited because i couldnt make sense of the question first time around.
The intake needs to be close to the extraction minus the loss you get from the filter and lengths of duct andbends, problem is different fans deal better or worse with pressure/resistance than others.
Safe bet would be speed controllers for both fans so you can dial it in to give you negative pressure.
As long as the intake is less then you have negative pressure and thats enough.

I still dont get though if your fan now is dealing with the situation why you want to add an intake since you already said it wont be sealed nor have co2.

Moving from a tent to a "sealed" room. I don't have the strength to be moving CO2 tanks, or I would really LOVE to! (I understand you have to replace bi-weekly? Even monthly would be hard for my situation.)

So I must make the Sealed Room an Unsealed Room :( Already have the 8" cancan pro(built in speed controller). So now I have to pickup an intake fan.

Just cut a bigger intake hole and just get larger ducting rather then spending more energy and cost on an intake fan. I've got four 8" passive intakes in my 2m x 4m room with one 8" extract and it works a treat

So not sealed then? Sealed means no intake, no extract. The entire climite is controlled from within the room

Sorry I had the right idea in the title... making the "sealed" room "unsealed" lol... really stoned when I wrote that.

Unfortunately things don't always go as planned. I have my 8" fan on a 6" reducer.

And Now..... I only have a 6" hole to work with. So I have to reduce that 6" even more, and get a 3" intake.... It doesn't sound like it's going to work the greatest but I'm working with what I got.

Maybe I can incorporate CO2 in the future. But I'll take any suggestions to improve this. I can not add any more holes, and one 6" is all I have.

It's not my fault if ppl dont jnow how to word things properly. I'm technical, of you say you want a run of 10' ducting, your getting 10', NOT 10 1/4, not 11, not 9 5/8, 10'.
