every time i take a toke break i have this problem. after trying several otc sleep aids i found the holy grail of sleep.
first, take 2 benadryl.
wait about 45 minutes
then chew at least a mg of melatonin, go to bed, and wait for it
my tolerance to melatonin varies over the years. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. i've heard of people that say it never works for them. either way, try it with the benadryll first. i say chew it because it will go to work right away. the benadryl will take a good 45 min to take effect, and that's when you should take the melatonin.
