I dunno about that, psychiatry is some bullshit unless it involves prescription drugs. I've been to a shrink twice, once when I was young and once just recently, I got kicked the fuck out of the office because I just threw 200 bux and they wouldn't up my xans without even hearing me out. my regular doc sent me there because I asked for a increase in xans. he didn't feel confident about an (I'm only prescribed 60mg a month, you'd think I asked him to be michael jacksons( may he rust in hell)doctor) .

or something like that, I just "abused" my xans and took 2 mg so making sense is a little more difficult.the motherfucking Redds apple ale is kicking ass too!

The way insomnia goes is you are neurologically incapable of producing the hormones necessary or you have an increased amount of neurological electricity that causes manic episodes, seizure, extreme stress, even narcolepsy. You MUST get sunlight!!!at least 30 minutes of bright sun in contact with the eyes, face, head, and skin. Let me say first that a tan is not the objective, you do not need to lay out. 15-20 minutes in the early morning will kick off your circadian cycle to respond more intensely in the form of sleep as light cycles change. If you are offset by your plants cycle you should set a time in which 2 hours prior to your ideal bedtime you DO NOT work in the garden any longer. I found help taking B-12 intravenously as well as high levels of D vitamins. Alcohol is best avoided until sleep returns to healthy levels. I know it is great....but it is terrible for proper sleep. Increase protein quality....try a protien shake 1st thing in the AM. The brain needs protein to repair itself and if you are not sleeping it needs even more. Godspeed.
