insect repelant?

Hey my grow is starting to smell stronger and stronger and they are attracting these lil bugs that fly.. ive only seen like.. 2 fly around max.. they are getting annoying.. they're prob the size of 2 pieces of sand.. how do i get rid of them? is there something i can spray on the plants and it wont hurt them?

sounds like knats. how ofter do you water? let the soil dry out really well and get a couple of strips of fly paper. should take care of em.

they can be eliminated with a Vapona strip hung in your room. You can find them in a good garden center usually. Vapona, Home Defense Max No-Pest® Strip Insecticide

i would put soapy water in a bowl but i might tip it over..lol and i dont wanna clean it.
