Input pH vs. Soil pH vs. Runoff pH

I'm using Fox Farms nutes, and 1800 ppm for this stage is in the range they recommend.

With regards to the perlite I was wondering the same. A high % of perlite would allow the roots to breath better and make it easier to prevent salt build up(This was my thought anyway). This is the first time I have tried doing it this way.
Alright, you've done every beginners mistake including myself. Following the lable. That's tps/gal which equates to 5ml. So 5 x 6 is 30ml just of bloom in 3.7ltrs or 1 US gal. Thats insanely strong. (Veg now) that should almost nuke small plants.

Always start at at least 50% doesages and work up. There is a reason why there are a bizillion comments on the net banging this home.

My tallest ever plant was approx 6ft and only required 2.2 EC or 1200 PPM approx.

Also flower means flower when you see it....... I'm not so sold. Alot happens when your first switch the lights. Chemical and physical process happen so technically the second you switch 12/12 your I flower.

300 ppm of ph up wowowow.. that should stop bro no need for that. you could have left it at 6 tbh

how many mls of ph up is that? and what are you using?

I find after i mix nutes if im 5.9-6.5 ill feed in soil no issues. generally I don't need ph up/down when using tapwater

Agree less is more. You'll find with less nutes will have less of an impact on your PH too.
I don't 'have' to pH at all with my mixtures, but I do drop pH slightly every other time I refill my stock tanks, just to ensure maximum uptake availability of all nutrients (ie. maintain a pH range, instead of an exact number).

My nutes get me to use 2.5ml per liter in soil and 5ml per liter in a hydroponic environment. I have to mix an A with a B but it was cheaper than a premixed solution.
