Input on my setup

Ok I am about to start growing myself. I found an old shed in a field by my house, its very small, but perfect for growing. It has a well inside it that is always full of water, so i am going to hook up a pump and water filter to always have clean water for the plants. I have lights already hooked up, the tube kind that you see in schools etc. The walls have cracks and rot spots, because the wood is so deteriorated. I plan on filling the small cracks with that insulating foam, then nailing on cardboard to the inside walls, than for a final layer putting on a 1/2 inch thick sheet of pink foam. Should this keep the smell contained? I also have a air filter (the ones you find in the bathroom) with one of those fiber filters nailed onto it, to suck out the air in their, and push it underground. I need to make sure that when the guy who owns this land mows every month, he can't smell anything. He never goes in the room. Should i be good on the smell? Oh, and you can't even tell from the outside that ive done anything inside this shed. And any other ideas? Im trying to keep the budged relatively low.

Thanks.

i would find a new location. in the off chance that he does enter the shed you could find yourself in some deep shit. deeper than that well your going to use to water those plants. avoid using that shed. also what if your in the shed and he comes around cutting the grass. notices anything. he technically has the right to blow your brains all over that shed if your on his property. i would not risk any such thing. just do it in your closet.

Thanks for the input.

I honestly know that this shed will not be looked in...ever. The guy is like 75, he mowes and gets out of there. The shed is in the back brush covered with trees. Do you think that smell will be an issue though?

not if you set up a vent with a carbon filter. theres an easy DIY carbon filter that you can build and connect to a vent hose that is directed out of your grow box/room. youll need to replace the carbon every now and then to keep it working well but that stuff isnt too expensive. ill try to find it for you then ill post it. be careful, im just saying what i said cuz my grandfather is much like that. has alot of land and rarely goes into his old shed that is now overgrown. im just saying that if he ever had the chance he would really fuck a trespasser up. so just be careful. my GF used to grow weed tho so he is more paranoid about stuff.
