So i bought a basic ink bird for my heating/cooling. I dont need to worry about the heating part. The ac is plugged into it i follwed the steps in the manual. Now my problem is when the room hits the temp to turn my ac on it dont. Could i have set it up wrong or could it be faulty? This is my first time ever using something like that.

Simply unplug it while it's running, wait a few minutes and plug it back it and see if it turns on.

If thats all good then your dead band setting might be too large.

You also want to make sure that you use the inkbirds delay feature for the compressor. This way it won't short cycle.

If you are using the delay then perhaps that much time hasn't passed since the unit shut off and the space hits temp?

Im going to mess around again with it today. It hasn't been a issue yet as the room is just vegging clones right now just trying to get it setup for when its time to flower. Ill post what I find out. Thanks for the tips.
