For a non conviction! Which is considered a win by any weed lawyer yet
Leaving you screwed for years getting a sensitive job, travel to the u.s.
Worry over civil forfeitures ,
Thats why i get a little upset when i read all the advice here on riu
That people should just go ahead and grow, boycott etc,
All very fine and well those covered by the injunction, to say to not be a sheeple,
Me being medically approved under mmpr, no money to buy meds
And already been through the system with a supposed win,
Yet noone to support you in your losses,
Sure some of tne big wigs of the movement,
Ted smith, Phil loucas,,mat beren et al
Walking away with absolute discharges ,
These cost BIG bux that only those top players of the movement can fund
The lawyering required to carry out these constitutional challenges,
Yes a nice cop would prob not charge for five plants and one or two lights
Mean cop might find baggies and a scale in your closet and charge that up
As possesiion for purposes of trafficking just to be an ahole,
They always overcharge and inflate the evidence e.g.
Weighing up bulk leaf, stalks, old trim as bud to jack up the amount on hand
High enough to call it trafficking,
How bout weighing the whole plant wet with stock and root ball,
Over 3 kilos equals trafficking, mandatory minimum,
Not to scare folks but take it from me who has in fact been out through this meat grinder
