Lets be honest you could probably get an electrician to approve you even if you didnt own any electrical equipment.
Eletricians are just people and im sure thats the argument to why they(hc) would want to use their own inspectors.
But thats the problem who are the hc mj inspectors?

Peter has gone full retard. Hes in a Canadian forum telling us health and safety is our responsibility. Stay in the states or whatever rat hole your from. We have something called Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and yes health and safety is a right not a privilege.
