Infestation help?

Hey people this is my first grow and well I am having some kind of issues I don't know if its a pest or maybe even fungus. This is an outdoor grow. please help thanks

looks like not enough sun. if the plant doesnt have direct sun for at least 6 hours a day and indirect sun for the remained you will get diddly.

cannabis is not a shade plant. there should be no obstructions east to west on a southern exposure. looks like you planted under a tree for "stealth" your cannabis plant will struggle, and fail under a big ass tree.

Ohh i see, well it's not under a tree it's planted on the side of my house so it creates a shade and doesn't get the 6 hours of direct sunlight. I gotta figure out what to do i'll probably move it inside and buy some lights, but i am afraid i will hurt the roots.

to move a plant, dig WIIIIIDE around it, then carefully clear excess dirt off the root ball in a bath of tepid water. massage the roots gently, firmly strongly, but passionately. join with the roots, wedging fudging feltching, untill you both acheive the peak of ecstasy...

err oh yeah...

once the roots are free of the dirt, you can transplant it into a hydrponic, aeroponic, soilless or soil medium and grow as normal.
