What soil are they in
what is the temp in the grow area
what is the PH of the soil and water
what nuets are you using

There in a hydro drip tray 600 watt hps,the temp 82 with light on 72 wit light off 18/6 cycle foxfarm nutes, ph 6.2 to 6.3

65 days of what??? how long veg?? how long flower???? wut do u feed them? Get ur curled down leaf problem fixed then worry about bigger buds. U can't take shortcuts in growing, these aren't tomatos.

Why did you cut all the fan leaves off?

At least remove all of it so you don't get mold starting on the dieing stems..

You should keep every leaf as long as you can on the plant...JR
