im not going to look at your pics but ill tell you one of two things, cfls are hotter than you think and will burn your leaves so be careful. 2 u gave to much nutes, if the tips are burnt then you nutrient burned them most likley, either that or ph is off

sounds like heat stress, how far away are your cfls and what color temp are they? usually 2700k cfls run hotter than 6500k. if your lights are closer than 3 or 4 inches they may be a little too close. also if you dont ahve your cfls like 3-4 inches away and you notice not just the leaves curling but the stems starting to point the leaves upwards towards the lights they may just be reaching for the light as cfl rays decrease in intensity rather rapidly.

ok i just looked at your pics... you may need to move the lights slightly farther away and get a little better ventilation, you could direct the fan at your lights to help dissipate the heat some. until your plant is a little bigger you may want to keep the lights 6-8 inches away.

Yeah, while CFL's are nice because they don't burn when you spray, they can and will burn if the leaves are too close. I remember one morning I woke up to a fan leaf that had slipped inside my bulb and was pure brown. Try moving it away and/or adding a fan to get air movement.

Also, keep in mind that CFL's produce the most light on their sides, not down, so you shouldn't be dropping it on top of plants but beside them.
