Well, your lights can cover around 50 square feet, give or take a little depending on how strong you like your light.

How many autos will fit in there? Well depends on how big they get. I personally have no experience with autos but I would wager each one needs about 4 square feet? So you can do the math, 50 / 4 = 12.5. So my guess is somewhere between 10 and 15 plants is what would fit well, but it really depends on how big they get.

Also with different phenotypes and strains things can get messy with some plants being way shorter than others, these should be grouped and put under lights at a height for them. A stadium arrangement works well too with shorter plants under the middle under the light.

Flat white paint is the better reflector. No clue about "co2 pads" I run CO2 generators. Thing is if you are ventilating for heat then you are also blowing out any CO2 enrichment. Not sure if you plan to run sealed with CO2 where a dehumidifier, AC and of course CO2 plus a good controller for all of that would be required. Easiest to start with just running ambient CO2 levels via ventilation.

Remember, environmental control is key. That will not only allow you to grow your plants at optimal rates and get good yields but it also prevents mold, powdery mildew and whatnot. Also have a preventative pest management plan in place or end up like all the growers on here that end up with mites or whatnot halfway through a run. Be proactive. Always have some extra money in the budget for when/if you need to get something you didn't anticipate, like a fungicide or pesticide or even a bulb or ballast.

Good luck and happy growing.
