in to out

ok my seedlings are about 9 days old. when i first had them goin i started them under a t5 then once they sprouted i moved them back and forth between that and outdoors but the weathers been bad so i've had them under the light a lot..so what i'm askin is should i continue to grow my seedlings under 24 hours light or should i try and keep them in sync with the outdoor light cycle?

everyone has their opinion about this . mine is 18/6 , roots grow in dark periods and is at least similar to outdoors . good soil , quality nutes and patience will put a shit eating grin on face .

i dont know about the root thing in the dark? as Clones are made with 24/7 however transpiration occurs at night. Seedling are best kept at 86 to 76 Blue or spring color light. 14 hour day max till the 3rd real leaf has formed then you can click them up to 17 hours---no advantage to go longer as the plant does not use more them that.
