Yeah I was using a Little Advanced It was just one part. It was givin to me. I only used it for one or 2 feedings during veg. Don't even know what it was called. That was my first outdoor exp. Next year I'm gonna guirilla grow as many clones as I can get out in spring. should be fun.

week 5 day 1....

well after the ladies showing signs of nute burn ive decided it best to hold back on the feeding for the time been & have given them 20l of PH water. (need an EC meter) maybe in the week if they look a little better i will add some Mother Earth Bloom & Overdrive. feels right to move on from the big bud now, pistils are sticking out nicely a few have started to chg colour, loads of resin as well. Might add some sensi bloom on the next feed, if i do it will be a much smaller dose than prev, at the moment im thinkin that will be there last dose of sensi bloom, just use mother earth after next feed. the main colas are slowly taking shape, some of the smaller tops look a little further developed than the colas.
Having made the mistake of over feeding them im anxious to see signs of recovery in my plants. Hopefully over the next 3-4 days there will be a noticeable change for the good.
Decided to keep my pump on 24-7, had it on a timer but my res has a aqua pump on 24-7, so i dont think the roots will drown.

It's only slight, and you know what you're doing... so it's all good. I've burnt the tips on a few of my plants too, and I have an ec meter. I think though, that once you have the meter you tend to push the plants as faras they'll go.

Wot do u keep your EC at?
ive been told it should be around 1.6. think i no where i went wrong, the chart i was following was for medium feeding & the EC on the chart was up to 2.28. Using the light feeding programme as a guide from now on.

Dont feel like i know wot im doing, spend most of my time stressing.

I follow the 2.0ec peak, heavy feed schedule...

But, AN get those results from using reverse osmosis water... and our normal water will already have an EC reading. So without knowing what the reading of the water is, you cannot make the adjustments adequately.

Also their B52 product affects EC a lot... so I tend to put that in last now. Without the ec meter though i used to follow the lighter feeding program. I think peaking at around 1.6 at the mid-flower point.

Your plants are looking great though, and I remember those charts saw me through DWC grows, I didn't have an ec meter. They are great charts, even better with a meter though.

I agree charts are very good. should have an EC meter soon, keep getting outbid on ebay. Does sensi bloom affect EC a lot? I think cutting back on sensi bloom may reduce my nute probs, last feed added 50ml of A&B, stuff seems very strong to me.
Let my water stand for at least 24hrs b4 adding to my res, was hoping anything in the water chlorine etc would evaporate.

thank you for nice comments abt my ladies. & all the info/advice, gladly appreciated

Yes, the main nutes NPK are what effect EC the most. I added 24ml of each (a n b) on a week 7 flower feed to 9litres of water yesterday. Along with everything else I threw in, my EC came out at 1.4-1.6.

My meters should be here in the next few days. Will only be using Mother earth Bloom from now on.

After not adding any nutes last sat, just ph water, plants appreciated it & seemed to perk up.
So on Tuesday i added 20ml Mother Earth, 15ml Overdrive & 20ml H2 & F1 all to 8l of ph water. I feel this is a fairly mild feed, As the plants looked a little pale, but i didnt want to risk further nute overdose.
Both plants responded the same way, lower buds, side buds & main cola, all started to swell. Out of that top up on tuesday they have drank another 8l, so today i topped up res with 8l of PH water, further diluting the solution. As the signs of nute burn can be clearly seen on both plants, i am been extremely cautious with the feeding.
further update to some on sat. notice the nute burn on the few pcs........

Hello pccdrom

mine are recovering, from nute burn, its not good!
be prepared for buds coming from everywhere if u have same strain, i only got 1 600w but buds seem to be everywhere.
any early pre flowers?
I am replying here to the post you made in my journal to save me posting information there not relevant to what I want to be discussed.

Today is day 22/day 1 - week 4 for the strain I have that has similar characteristics to yours. They have shown signs of bloom for over 10 days now. Preflowers are history. They had quite serious nutritional problems early on. I accidentally gave them Overdrive at EC1.6 when they should have had just a mild bloom feed at EC1.2. I flushed them but the pots remained heavy for like 10 days without additional feeding. Eventually I just had to start feeding them again even though the pots were heavy. I reckon there were additives in the soil that caused some kind of lock-down in the plant. One plant was really yellow up until recently. Mother Earth Bloom with Barricade and Xtra Carboload has started to bring back the lush green appearance that they ought to be displaying.

There are lots and lots of sites just as your have. They are very bushy plants. I've had to tie branches down to aid light penetration. I don't think I will enjoy smoking it as it doesn't smell all that fantastic atm.

few leaves showing signs of deficencies. these are large fan leaves which, i noticed were reacting very badly to the over feed last week. the leaves have brown/orange spots, and feel very dry.
The tips of many leaves have curled up & have brown burns on the tips. but the leaves are still green & dont feel brittle & dry like those few fan leaves that are badly burnt.
Buds are starting to put on a little weight, some of the lower/side buds feel tight & heavy while the colas are still taking shape.
Added 8l today with 20ml Mother Earth & 15ml Overdrive. Also added 5ml of sensi A & B, they haven had any for nearl 2 weeks, & that will be there last taste of it.
