I would love to hear all the different opinions. When growing in soil, do you fertilize every watering or every other watering? Maybe every third? Flush every third? :peace:

I only have to water once a week in my set up, and my soil has a lot of amendments in it so I don't fertilize that much. I almost always have a little fulvic acid in my water though, and try to provide a mineral source of some sort, whether it be molasses, kelp , or 1/3rd dechlorinated tap.

I have not used nuts yet, I have great Soil.. Its got plenty of food for my girls.. I'm on 9th week from seed.. I did have to repot her ass was root bound,, not anymore. today she is 52 high and 54 wide.. and thriving....

i use pro mix soiless mixture with foxfarms nutes. i used to feed 1/2 strength every other watering.

i am now using between 1/8 and 1/4 strength every watering. once in awhile just water. i never flush but i stop feeding the last week or 1 1/2 weeks before harvest and just give water.

Well I only have fertilizer, because of my first time growing last year I would have a random leaf yellowing then fall off. I bought some shultz 10-15-10 to try and fix it, but it didn't do any good. That was last year though. This year I only ferted once about a month and half ago with the same stuff, but I haven't done it besides that once. I force flowered one plant, and I'm sure the other two are into flowering. Three weeks apart. I obviously wont be using ferts in flower as I don't have any for that. It's miracle grow soil though, they're pretty good size for the pots they're in.

Next year I'm so going to use a whole bag of miracle grow soil for one plant in the ground. I want to start it early inside though, so I need a light!

I recommend Fox Farm & Happy Frog soils, but people making there own Super Soil seem to have the best results. Stay away from MG soil it's low grade. Promix HP with extra mycorrhizae is good also.

MG soil is not low grade, you just have to know how to use it.
Been using it for years, and I have good results with it.

i use fox farm soil which i dont need to feed the first month. after a month i feed every other week and flush every month or month and a half.

It's a weed..... you can have good results with sub par soil. MG.... low grade plain & simple. Imagine the possibilities with an upgrade. But if you have pictures that rival Super soil growers than I'll eat my words. :-o

Anybody else?..... Maybe another thread that covers this thoroughly With so many posts there hard to locate.:peace:
