in search of help

so i moved into a house recently that has a grow room but its been stripped so im starting from scratch. i have no experiance with indoor and a low budget i plan on using clones so the question is who has experince with cheep lights? i already found a way to make the room reflective to maintain heat. yhe room has a vent timers and a water source. and another question is if any one has used autoflower seeds and what were your results?

I veg using cfl and it works really well but i swap to hid for flower as the cfl wasnt so good for that phase!
I have also used autoflower and they worked out fine.
