In Search of a Highly Durable, tough strain

Hello all i am in search of a seed that grows well in tough terrains. I am growing in California but i want a hemp plant or something that grows very large but doesn't produce large yields or anything like that. I dont want this plant for the sake of the bud, i want to make a hemp garden. I want something that doesn't need a whole lot of attention. Is there anything likke this? Should i order some hemp seeds? Where?

If ur not.concerned abt quality just go buy a big sack of brick weed and should have plenty of seeds....once u get em goin shouldn't need a lot of attention

Before I answer your questions.. have one of my own. Why do you wish to grow a hemp garden, specifically outside? Yes... there's a reason I'm asking this - will explain in reply to your answer.

I want a hemp garden outside because i ultimately want to extract the oil into Bio Diesel. It can be made from the oils in hemp seeds and stalks. This will be a huge process for me but for right now i am just looking to set up my hemp garden outside. I have very little exposure. I am surrounded by Redwood trees and I live in a gated community which requires any law enforcement to present a warrant upon entering the gate. Our neighbors are spread out as well. I know only one neighbor that lives by me and hes about a football yard away, and knows that i grow weed, doesnt care. Everyone up here grows weed and gets drunk, so there is very little risk here.

Was just making sure as hemp readily cross-pollinates with outdoor cannabis strains and can destroy a crop fast if its in close proximity. Wanted to ask and make sure before contributing to cannabis terrorism. That said, there's a few places in NorCal which you could pick up seeds.. or you can order from a few reputable places on the web that will ship them with stealth packaging as well.

What is the name of those few places? Im more interested in picking up my seeds if i were to have a choice
