in out and back in ok?

would it hurt my plants to take them from my cfl growbox and put them outside one or two days a week bringing them back in at night?

I recommend you stick with one or the other. You could stress the plants changing their environment that often, not to mention if your grow is bug free right now, after those plants go outside.....it probably won't be anymore.
