In Ohio and I'm confused about the new law.

Won't 6 to 12 plants yield more than 2.5 ounces?

There was another thread on this. I believe it said you could have the results of your grow in your home. The 2.5oz referred to the purchased flower.

That said, double.check that and don't take my word for it.

I think TCH is correct, the 2.5 oz rule is for what you can legaly have on your person, not whats in your home

As you will find with most legislation there are loopholes and it is often left up to the courts to define the final outcome.

My impression on the 2.5 limit is harvested and ready to burn and your transporting it to another location to enjoy the effects.

Think there will be lots of confusion in the next few years, in NYC where they have given out a handful of licenses to sell. There is one or two shops selling various THC products on just about every block. I did have a giggle with the vendor by Central Park with a glass jar of buds on a dinner tray table and was rolling big joints for sale.

I spent summers in a town that banned the sale of rolling papers and other related items, and the only business that ever lasted from season to next season was the package store. Even at the age of 15 I could buy beer but no rolling papers. Now it looks like they will have a few dispensaries.
