In need of help!!!

Hey pros out there, I sure can use some input to my problem.. all my older leaves turn out like this is it some kind of deficiency?? i just flushed system AGAIN and am only adding 1/4 nutes i am in 2nd week of flowering and the strain is unknown

They start out as little brownish spots and the turn into that as time goes on, they are very dry also!!
