Just want to keep you all up to date one what's happening on Change.gov recently. The Obama administration has gone through two separate Open for Questions forums where the legalization of marijuana question has no doubt been in the top three most voted on and endorsed idea. Well now there is this thing called the Citizens Briefing Book where we can all do the same thing as before. Well I just want to let everybody know that again the legalization of marijuana question is ranked the #2 most popular idea so far and if you just want to feel like you did something to contribute to the cause then go to http://citizensbriefingbook.change.gov/home
and sign up and just quickly vote for that specific question under Popular Ideas and lets get it up to #1. I know theres not TOO many people on this website but I still feel like everybody here should care about what our next President is and should do over the next four years.

Yup nobody cares...thats why its number 1 now....just like change.org

The question is will B O'B have the nuts to shock the world and change it? Highly unlikely although I have voted and would love to see it go in our favor.

I noticed that it went to No1 this morning also, and by quite a margin,... I don't think it will be legalized, but I hope to see steps taken in that direction, like decriminalizing it for starters.

ya why don,t they do like the medecal pact. you would think they would say ok we can grow but we have to pay a yearly fee, like driving a car. with this i see the goverment making a lot off money, and they say they don't now how to make money off it. RIGHT THEIRS AL KINDS OF WAYS

I guess nobody cares about this but anyways, the Legalization of Marijuana question has jumped to the #1 popular idea overnight.

It's been an idea for a long time now, and arguably a great one.
As much as I love weed, the legalization of it is not high on my priority list. I'm not sure where the rest of the people stand, but at least for me having a job and being able to buy food and having a roof over my head come first.

I completely agree with you that all those things are more important than growing weed. But all those things are legal. Growing a plant should be as well.

And for that matter, all the tax money that could be gathered from marijuana sales and/or growers licenses, and money that would be saved on fighting something that's never going to go away, could help the government help you with all those more important thinks you mentioned drags.
