I'm thinking root issue

So this started at week 2 (when I transplanted) started with little nute burn and now I have this at week 3. I cut a hole in the side and bottom of a couple to check roots and I mainly see healthy roots an I only seen slight brown tent on one plants roots. But it has healthy one's close by. When I transplanted I was having issues and broke some parts of the root ball maybe that's it ? Temp stays between 70 and 80 I water when cup is lite. I had a aphid pop up so I sprayed them no sign of them now. I'll be transplanting again next week into final home outside. Tell me what you think.. Thanks! Do you live in a cave?...you can't see the first thing under purple light friend. And while you're at it, show the whole plant or plants...one or two leaves does not make a grow. Help us help you and elaborate on your details; what you're growing in, what you're feeding, etc.

Brother, and this is why you don't take the leaf pics....your plants look pretty damn good. It looks like maybe you sprayed something on them, maybe the stuff for the aphids? But I wouldn't sweat it...they look healthy. Maybe ratchet back your N, or at least watch it...they're plenty green...but like I said, they look good. Don't sweat it. Good luck.

Thanks i really appreciate that! My compost is horse manure based so high N. And im not worried about them falling over dead quite yet but just trying to fully understand what i did and fix it or atleast not do it again.. the issues occurred before i sprayed and have continued after, and you can see some leaf edges curling upwards. The brown spots are crispy and will crumble to touch and the somewhat random yellow/brown spots i've only seen on root issue plants. So im hoping the bad transplant is the problem, would i continue to see this sort of damage a week after the move?? PS; I have never had this problem so far so trying to learn the most i can from the experience.

I don't grow with LED's but perhaps you have them a little too close, at least in terms of your leaf margins rolling up. Perhaps you need to transplant as well. They're pretty big for those cups at this point. Not sure what else to suggest. Have you checked for pests?

Recommended distance is 25" im at 27" and this is my first light period. cups are 32 oz and i think you're probably right about that i also used mykos on roots so they are exploding.. And ya i check everyday just incase. Thanks for your help much appreciated

I have a rv 1200w/ 300 actual watts, I would move it to 24” to start, see how they react, then 22” down again to 20” same same. No lower than 18”, it’s just what I hav3 done and no problems. When your hand feels warm at top of plants your to close. I’m in 1 week of flower and moving lights up everyday.
