I'm noticing this attitude

Everyone I've been speaking with lately seems to be pretty fed up with this governments MJ laws and policies. These are Rec. smokers and MMJ patients both I'm referring to.
The consensus I am getting seems to be fuck the law..... I'm doing what I want. There seems to be less people afraid of the consequences anymore. I know new growers....new smokers......new folks interested in MJ in general.
I think what they see happening in the USA is fueling the dissent. I guess it really is coming true that society is becoming open to Marijuana and it use at a rapid rate.
Never thought I'd see this day come so soon . And I couldn't be more pleased to see it all happening.
How ya like being on the loosing end of opinion mr. harper

This guy i used to work with, his daughter is 22years old. She has many seizures a day sometimes he has to leave work to attend because his wife is scared. Very clean cut church going type of guy, told him to try marijuana (this was at the time Sanjay Gupta did his documentary) another lady at work jumped in and you could tell she wanted to suggest it before i did. Told us he was going to speak to his doctor...thats as much as i know as i transfered to a different possition. So yes people are opening up to it, all walks of life infact.

Yup Dr Gupta did a lot to open the eyes of the straight public.
Plus so many stories and video on local networks and the internet of children NOT seizing from a bit of oil. Now that is easy for non users to see and say " Wow !!! " to.
Times are a changing imo.....fast......hahaha...harptler......MJ wins....you fuckin loose you traitor cunt.

Hippy is right in that public opinion and attitude around mj is changing at an increasing pace. A lot has to do with the changes in other countries...kinda a 'it worked for them, let's try it here'. I think mj is an issue that will be front and centre in the election by all three parties. I've said it before, but I predict even Harper will weigh in by announcing they will give cops the option of issuing fines instead of laying charges. This would be right in keeping with CON policy of using the vulnerable, poor and young as a revenue source for the police state. Fuck him...legalization or nothing. Most people I know have very little concern over getting busted now, anyway. The BIG mountain to overcome is the stigmatization...some will never be convinced it's not the devil's weed of reefer madness fame.

Yes is a sweet thing to see for sure. The government and courts have muddied the water so much law enforcement must constantly be second guessing what they can enforce and what they can't. I know a lot of people that are risking their liberty, but willing to stand up and fight in court if there ever was a crackdown.

It's still not easy enough to get a prescription, at least in my neck of the woods.

Even with a family doctor this summer, because he was only my doctor for a couple months and I didn't get a chance to see him much, I still had to pay an online doctor to renew my prescription.

OH SHIT - actually, I forgot about that. They called me the other day and OHIP is paying for my renewal. I just got 225 bucks back!

YAY!

Oh weed, I was high I think when she called and I totally forgot. hahahah

This is WAY better than finding a 20 in my pocket! weeeeee

The lady will break the law and rightfully so, when it comes to her daughters life and well being.
Who wouldn't?
There isnt a court on Canada that would find her at fault.
Sick people are allowed. Kids aren't people.

that's disgusting...what happened to "do no harm"? i believe not giving her the medicine that works will be doing harm
Why is the hospital policy being held more important then the kids health? Why can a hospital dictate what A doctor prescribes to any one outside of the hospital? Why can't the doctor write the script at home and give it to them away from the hospital?

sounds like a human rights issue!
that's another angle for our plight. a win there would boost our position

when I watched that video.....I could tell that when Rona was saying things about the regulatory process and mmj
she was lying....watch the video....and watch her mouth....she is trying to hold back from smiling during her speech..
accomplished liar here folks.....
maybe the mother should drop off her daughter with Rona, for the next seizure, and let Rona personally deal with this child.....
