-I'm not really sure...-

Hello friends, I know that metal halide (Vegging) and HPS (Flowering) should be used during indoor growing. People say that this is the best but here is my question:
The latest technology lights for growing seems to be plug and grow bulbs (plug and grow lamps ) it has 2 different bulbs for Vegging and flowering periods and 200w is nothing ... But I am not sure if they will give the necessary light... By the way they have no heating elements... I am planning to use theese bulbs and Hesi nutrients for my growing...
Am I doing a right thing? Or are theese things are crap? Need advise... ( I am not a proffessional this will be my 3. growth the first 2 were crap cause I used the simple flower bulbs and gave no nutrient)

A second problem is heating... The a/c are very expansive and they use so much electricity.. How do you keep the temperature in 20-27? Thank you...

I dont really know anything about the plug and grow. But you could use cfls (compact flourecent lights) those seem to work good for people and they dont give off much heat. How big is your growing space?

2mx1m small room and don't thing that the bulbs are small from the pictures they are nearly 50cm and very thick...

Those are essentially CFL's, albeit good ones. Still, for not much more you can get an HID system, but then there is the heat issue.

Well I already bought theese bulbs but I will buy 2 more. I tried this thing for 2 times and failed... I can't throw my 4 more months for nothing so I'm reading and learning the best ways to grow... The problem is the room I will use have only 1 window which opens to the roof. I am not use if the weather which will come from the roof will be fresh enough ... And another problem will be , I will begin growing 2 months later and it will be cold you know... Air Conditions are very expensive for use of 18 or 12 hours a day? How do you control the room's temperature?

I use an AC. I think you should get your lights first and set them up as if you're ready to grow. Get a good thermometer and check and see what the temp is after running the light an hour or so. That should give you a good idea of what you're dealing with. The heat might be substantial, which you will then need to vent away somehow, or the temp could be inconsequential due to the cool weather in your area. Only one way to find out for sure. Good luck.

I wouldnt call them cfls if there 1m long
Maybe you wouldn't, but they do:
