I'm in need of some ommp information please

I am a grower for one patient and I just finished my first grow, decently along in my second, but I've happen to be in a pretty shitty situation with my patient. I gave him his share of what we agreed upon, but he wanted more and on top of that his step son just ripped me off for $500. I have another patient that wants me to be their grower and I was just about to submit the forms for it, but I was wondering how do I drop the other guy and remove me as his grower? Do we have to do it together? I don't think he is going to agree at this point and I read on the ommp site that all my plants belong to him and that he can show up and have me forced to hand them over? Is this true? I've worked pretty hard on this grow and have already lost enough money due to his step son. I just don't really want to associate with either of them anymore in all honesty.

you need to kill them.

don't grow for him anymore.. just take on another patient. I would do this tell the fuck you will grow for him and at he near end tell him by the way I took on another patient and I did not grow for you this year.. he is the one that will be fucked over this time..

Take clones, hide the moms, have him pick up his "plants". Do what you can to respectfully sever ties, cause you know, this person knows what your up to.

I haven't done it, but contact OMMP to see if there is some sort of legal form or something to drop your patient. Can't be the first time shady people had to be dropped. Oh and pay them out up to the time you drop them or otherwise honor your agreement on medicine.

If you gave him what was agreed upon for the entire year, it might benefit you to keep his card until it expires....that way you're covered for those plants/weight until his card expires without any additional payout. Just my 2¢.

i think his card stays at your location until he changes the location of his grower. cost $50

give him his 6 plants and be done.

You got to be careful with getting patients, as you probably already know now. There's a lot of people out there like this, but there's also plenty of straight shooters if you can find them.

Do whatever it takes to sever ties with this guy, I've been in a similar situation myself several years ago.

I had to do this recently. Dropped a patient, but he never told the OMMP or got another grower. I only found out when I tried to add another patient almost a year later. They said I was already at my limit. So, I had to send in the card I had for him so the OMMP would take me off as his grower. Total pain in the ass. I cant wait till they get rid of the patient card stacking.
