Im in hot water!!

Does anyone know why my h2o temp would spike when my room temp and humidity are all good? :confused:Any imput would help. Im running a "cool cab" pre assembled cabinet.www.sunlightsheds.com/turn_key_units.htm Its got all thats needed to grow great bud. Its my first system. Ive tried two times with three plants each and lost all due to root rot caused or not helped by the high h2o temps. Thanks for your time!:peace:

maybe radiant heat ,for ex. if u got a flood and drain with alot of open water uncoverd wit light hittin it .
