I plan on getting either neem oils.. or einstein oil. Which shoudl I get to get bugs and fungus at bay?

Ok now should I get any thing else? Im also getting fox farm ocean floor and light warrior grow mediums.
And also should I use big bloom on low ryders or is that a no no?
