I see you forgot the rest of it..."in a lot of places, regular women = whores." And if you took the time to read, you would see it's not a sexist debate. It's about being careful when going to foreign countries because many women use American men as lottery tickets. I also mentioned that foreign men do the same. It doesn't surprise me that you, of all people, misunderstood. I'm done though, so you can say whatever you want...just please read first, because it makes you look a little less clueless.

He doesn't need to discuss it with the mod, because he's discussing it with the admin. Could have saved yourself the trouble of a post if you read more. And why would you assume he's buying or stealing a prize? Maybe he's giving away something that he already has...and if you think it's made up as hell, why bother posting and asking questions? Just don't participate. It's that easy.

If you did read it, why did you suggest he discuss it with the mod (who has no authority or say-so over the contest) when he is currently working it out with the admin? If you did read, you would also know that as much as he would like to, he can't share what the prize is until the Admin gives the final approval. And then you would know that the point of this thread is to come up with ideas for the pictures needed, and is not the actual contest. So expecting a full explanation for a contest that is in the "works" and awaiting approval is kind of irrational don't you think? Just don't see the point of posting all this negativity...this thread is really for the people who are excited about it and want to contribute ideas. If your paranoid / skeptical, save yourself the trouble and pay it no mind!

it's not a sexist debate, just some friendly intelligent exchange. ladyj is right though. you really need to live in these countries to understand what it is like. going there for a week or 2 every year does not open your eyes fully to what this culture of the women is like. i know in most latin countries we actually joke about it. there are 3 different classes of women when it comes to foreigners...short term, long term, and no term. short term being basically the whores. they will sleep with any guy even if he's in town just for the night. all they are ooking for is a quick buck or a fun night out on the town. the long term girls are the one with a job maybe and a little more morals. they won't sleep with tourists but as soon as you setup roots or become a part of the community they are a dime a dozen. then the no term girls are the ones that just own't have anything to do with foreigners. iroically, this is the smallest group. tust me man...it's about 6 months and the long term girls become available. and they aren't "whores" per say, it's just more socially acceptable for them to obviously date a guy because of money.

i think you should read through the first couple pages of this thread. most of your questions have already been answered. the admin is aware of what is going on. i have to get the final contest page put together after i get all of the ideas for the pictures and then he has to approve it. this has all been discussed at length throughout the thread. as far as my length of membership...i had another account before this one so i have been a member longer than a few weeks. i'm sorry that you feel that this "is not the way to go about it" but this is the way that i have to go about it until i get approval from the admin.

as far as the prize goes; when the contest is posted you can be judge of whether the prize is worth entering the contest for. if you don't think it's worth $10k or you don't want it then don't enter. or just enter and have some fun with it. my financial situation has nothing to do with it and really isn't any of your business. but look around and you'll find plenty of my pics around here.
