i know but in the PO office it has a big sgin saying no use of medical marijauna even if prescribed. it is prohibited on supervised probation and is against federal law. if i use it i get a sanction of 10 days in jail it really is bullshit

Mcpurple, sorry to hear what you are going through. Really sucks that someone you considered a friend would rat you out to the cops (I assume he did so in order to save his own skin). Get through this as best you can and once you are on the opposite end of this problem you can reflect on whether or not it is worth it to you to visit this "friend" and explain your displeasure with him. I certainly would do so, but I am a vindictive, vengeful sort of person.

Props to you for not playing the tattling game with the cops.

ya it does suck and beleive me this guy will get his once im off probation or mabye before, i havent seen him in the last year. and ya he did it to save his as and i know what he got out of and it was some pretty heavy charges. so far its been some what easy for me but i really miss growing.

he wont because its against fed law and he could get in trouble or some shit, but i doubt the feds would really come down and persicute me or him for using my medical marijauna

well today i got a very odd question and it also made me kinda mad and some what paranoid. so i just got home and my phone rings and i answer. the guy says Hi darak this is detective ray myers ( the one who busted me 1 year ago) so im think fuck what it is now are they lookin into me again for some reason although i am doing nothing wrong. then he continues and ask how things are and if i m staying out of trouble i say fine and yes. now i am paranoid now cuz he had my number and i changed it since he busted me so he some how got it. after i answered the Q's he asked me if i was interested in to making money. and im thinking he is gonna offer me a real legitimate job cuz a few months ago i ran into him at the market and he started talking to me about how i was doin i told him ok but he kinda fucked my life up and i lost my house and still had no job so he said well i know some places that are hiring and ill give you a call if i get you a job. so i said ok cool and then left. so back the him offering me a job he says do you want to make some money and i said well ya im always down to make money and im thinkin he got me a job. so then i ask what the job is and he says well we have a medical marijuana clinic on 7th street selling pot to patients and they are breaking the law by doing so. and then he continues to say what theri doing and how much it pays and what not and he said what i would need to do is wear a camera and go to the clinic and buy some from them. i immediately said HELL NO. so then i asked hiom why he would call me and ask me cuz im sure they got plenty of people to do it and then he said well of all the people we have busted you are the only one who is still a legal card holder and we need a card holder to do it. and again i said i wont do it fuck that and hung up. so he wanted me to snitch on a medical clinic, now i am against growers and what not charging theri patients anything, but their is no way i would snitch on anyone.
it really made me mad in a way for 1. that they would call me and ask that. 2. that they wanted to bust a place that helps people with theri problems.
i just thought it was bullshit and out of line and i needed to vent so i thought id share it here. i almost feel like changing my number again.
FUCK THE POLICE AND THE GOVERNMENT.

I don't blame you. He could definitely make your life hell. Once you're done with your probation he can't do shit to you. Until then you gotta walk the straight and narrow. If they catch you spitting on the sidewalk they can take you down.:fire:

I take it you haven't been in the system yet.
Ya see, this is a great way to act right up until they snap it off in your ass.
Once in the system you have to (not should or could, but HAVE TO) play by their rules because the repercussions will be very painful if you cop this attitude and act like a rebellious child.

haha i have balls, but i did this the first time i was on probation and it landed me in jail and then rehab.

agreed if i were to mess up and get another charge then i would do the jail time then get out on parole instead of proabtion and then have to restart my parole time

Damn dude...if the detectives contact you again for the same or similar reasons, and you don't want to be involved in them, you could tell them how you do not agree with what they are doing and how they are making patients lives harder and unnecessarily complicated for no other purpose than perhaps because they are an easier target than lets say the big-time, harmful-drug, more violent dealers/lords. I hate these kinds of asshole authority figures...why are they still going after dispensaries?? What the hell are the dispensaries doing wrong that they deserve that? :(

bro you should give the dispensary that this pig is looking at a heads up. Maybe type an anonymous letter to them. get out and tell your story to everyone in your community maybe write a letter to your local paper. The voters in your community approved of medical marijuana and this fucking asshole is trying to undermine the democratic decision set into your state law. Medical marijuana is a very thin legal line you can use your misfortune to shed light and draw attention to what these dirty pigs are trying to do. Good luck bro, keep your head up. You should look at this as an opportunity to do somethings which you had put off or have not gotten around to. Dont worry weed has been cultivated for thousands of years, it'll still be waiting for you when you return. Also sometimes i like to take a long break, it frees up time and money for me to accomplish other things.

Go into that dispensory and give them the heads up, tell them that the detective and police are out to shut them down. So they can turn down all new applicates to get weed there and just go thru their trusted patients.

The system is a downer man, you should have full rights to smoke marijuana prescribed to you by a doctor if your on probation.
