@Big Perm Thanks for posting. I assume the center H piece is grounded. Are the pontoons also grounded via the black cables? I think the pontoons are clipped onto the underside of the H with electrically insulating plastic parts. Just asking - not shopping around.

That appears to be the case. I am still receiving information about this light, as well as for the controller/dimmer for it that is not yet available.
I'll be posting full write-ups in the future on all of these lights, as well as videos for them. I will also do a full grow with them and journal it for each.

Alibaba lights that use old osram white chips, here is the company that make them:

Thank you for the links guys. I'm all about consumer info as well, and great prices. I agree a lot can be bought online anywhere. If the price looks too good to be true, it most likely is. If someone would like to purchase a baba clone, ship it here, de-solder a diode and boroscope it and show us all it is in fact the exact same thing, it will put it all to rest I believe.

I have the equipment to, and will do it myself if someone is willing to offer.

A quick Pro-Con

Pro:
Very durable, sturdy, and solid. Has withstood numerous hard impacts with my skull.

Con:
Very durable, sturdy, and solid. Hurts like hell when you crack your head on it after doing a quick tuck on a plant because you are so used to HID, especially on the ILuminar end pieces.
