Just called the health department and they patched me to my "case worker". He said my application is being held up due to the photo I sent in with my application, photo is too far away. He said once he gets my new updated picture then my application will be approved. Funny thing is that the dispensary is who took my photo.

I sent my application via mail 8-31, case worker sent me a letter on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving that I will probably get tomorrow asking for a new photo. Application will be approved within 24 hours of him receiving the new photo then I suppose it's a 10-14 day wait for the card. Thank you @anlbo for posting the number.

Just called idph and was told sec. of state has to review as far as my address actually being a valid Illinois address. ( go figure I've only lived at this address for the last 25 years and have lived in Illinois my whole life of 61 years. Filed electronically 9/7/18 so we'll see how long the Illinois government can drag this out.

That sounds pretty absurd Old FF, should be easily verified, though. Especially if you have a current Illinois drivers license.

I know, I call BS on the address verification. Shouldn't be difficult for them to verify my address. I've had my license for 46 years and don't want to jinx myself but have never had an accident or a ticket for anything. But go figure we do live in Illinois and nothing is made easy by the state.

Long time follower, first time post! I am not sure what everyone believes, but I do believe in psychic and clairvoyant gifts. I am sharing this info not to stir everyone up, but to bring peace and confirmation to some assumptions. I had a psychic reading Saturday and asked about the status of my medical marijuana card and she affirmed: "Illinois is lazy, lazy, lazy, lazy, lazy" Literally she repeated lazy several times and I could not keep count. She said I have no info missing, it is just the process taking so long due to laziness and the program not being put together well. Again I am sharing for peace.
My timeline: I had doc apt 9/27, submitted 9/28, Illinois received 10/2 and hope to get by end of year.

I am two days after you , 10/4 good luck.

Anyone seen this before?
Yes but I don't take that literally, it showed up after I did my online app. I didn't have a care giver app but it said the same thing as your screen shot. However there is a section that says "verify a registry identification card." Wondering what type of id# is used such as drivers license# or ssn or are they just random numbers that they assign. You have to use a tablet or computer not mobile phone. As time gets closer to approval wondering if we had a I'd number if we could see the card.

I was always able to start new application. Not that I did but this popped up as of 2 weeks ago. Around time they cashed my check

No It wouldn't let me put in another app. I couldn't see my original application either. My time line is 9 /14. Online. They charged my card immediately. I have emailed them at 65 days but got the classic reply. My Doctors office called me to push my follow up appointment back. She said it was taking 90 days for them to send cards.

Following this thread since day one. I went through innovative Express care. Appt was 08/31 card was charged 9/12. I'm basing days off my card being charged so hoping it's soon. Anyone from the beginning of September get a card yet?
