Illinois medical marijuana card wait time

It seems to me the applications are assigned to different individuals since the wait time has varied between 60 and 110 days.
Yes, and I just figured out why they delayed mine. I am on SSDI, which means I pay half price. I signed up for just one year, so $50. If others on here are not on SSDI and signing up for 3 years and sending in $300, who do you think this broken piss poor state is going to work on first? I have no doubt they wait until a person on SSDI paying half complains multiple times before they go get and work on their claim. Why else would I be put 30 days behind others.

I think you got that right, I am on SSDI also and applied for 3 years and took 100 days to receive my card.

Hi Kvondi73! Hope you’re doing alright over there. I called today, real nice guy answered within minutes. (217-524-4210) He said all my paperwork was received, correct, in the system and that I’m “still waiting to be processed.” One day closer!
hi, thanks for the update! I’m trying that number! Did you just call until it rang? I called twice but got a recorded message.
Thank you!

Thank you!!
I just got ahold of someone:
Timeline reminder:
1/31/18 Appointment at innovative express
2/2/18 received by state
2/5/18 payment for three year charged on my card
3/14/18 emailed for status: reply with generic response
3/19/18 called, spoke to a woman who told me that they did receive my information but it would probably be six weeks before they got to my name.

Yep, willy nilly, total chaos. Illinois at it's finest, AJ being worked on same time I was. Except I sent mine in Electronically over 30 days earlier.

I know this is out in left field on this question my injury I received was due to stupid administration not giving me proper coverage so I have life long coverage on the injury of course I have to do drug screening for both state and the WC company. Does anyone know since my Doctor has sponsored me of course they cant prescribe would Workmen Comp pay for this. If not my husband and I and my whole family will fit the bill and do believe this will give me better relief then all 6 medication I am on now and if and when I'm approved (trying to stay positive) I will be able to function better on the medical marijuana.

Right now I am fighting WC to get approval to get new imaging and an appointment to a neurosurgeon due to about 4 weeks ago a nerve is being affected by something and I am having some major nerve pain and numbness in the whole arm. Gotta love WC but I will fight because I wouldn't be able to cover this any other way and If I had the proper coverage I would never have gotten hurt.
