Ill plant!

I forgot to plug my fan back into the timer and the closet was shut so it was boiling for a few hours, my main grow was directly under the light, about half a foot from the light (not the bulb), the leaves have started drying out and turning black and dark green on the edges, some are soft, droopy etc and some are dry and crisp, and the tips are black.
This was going to be a nute-free grow, I have barely used any nutes at all.

I recently ordered some new organic nutes etc, just to stock up on my next grow, how much pH down do you need to bring it down from 7.4 to a reasonable level for my plants?

Can anyone help me out with my plants being sick :(

(the last picture is a healthy bud took about 1-2 weeks ago.

Thank you for the reply, should I leave my fan on 24/7?
it's set up with the timer to turn off the same as the light.

oh and should I cut the ugly leaves(and fan leaves) of, or leave them on, my plants cola has really dry leaves but the buds seem fine and still smell lush :O
