is it even worth getting your med card? what i mean is, if you want to have a consistent 20-30 plants but ur state only allows 6, is it still a good idea to go medical or would it be better to stay under the radar? If you get caught with 20 plants, would it be worse if u had a card or not?

In Colorado if you are caught growing more than the set amount under law, you can argue that you were growing what is medicinally necessary. As per an attorney I spoke with. Rob Corry.:joint:

In california, if you grow more than allowed, then ive heard they usually just take the extra plants...but then again that doesnt mean, that if you are allowed six plants, and you grow 100, that they wont try to take you to court...if I was you I would just try to work within the limit, shit you could grow 6 gigantic plants that would yield the same as 20-30 small plants, or you could try to have your doc write on your medical rec that you need more plants...

In Oregon you can't argue you needed more plants if you do get the card (it's a right you give up getting the card) but you can use that argument if you don't get the card. (pretty screwed up)

I have no idea which is better here and it all depends on your state anyway so talk to a lawyer near you who specializes...

If you need to run more than you're allowed maybe you can talk a couple friends into getting cards who otherwise never would and use their houses as well so it's all straight.

i would be happy to grow 6 plants. grow 6 flower 2 at 1 month. flower 2 after 2 months and the lsat after 3 months. you will have a monthly suply within a few months if you time everything right. and thae last plants you flower(at 3 months) will be giants.

if you can do it legally, id stay in the limit

if you want more plants join a collective (i think they call it) and grow other peoples plants

just go big hydro, get some plastic trash cans and set up a simple six garbage can dwc with flowing to and from as res . maybe set up two systems so you can alternate harvest. hahah then do the biggest scrog knowen to mankind.

if you have friends with cards also that dont grow u can i think grow on there behalf in someway like ur theyre caregiver or somthing look into the law is the best way to answer your question,,,i know here in cali you can hook up with growers so they can grow more and they chip you off

If you want to be a caregiver you'd have to have a dhs card and all the people you're growing for would have to have dhs cards also. Then set 20% or so of the harvest aside to give to them, and you keep the rest. You can have 6 plants for each person.

Also, getting a rec won't put you under any radar. No one will know unless you tell them. Even if you get a dhs card from department of health, they can't give out any information without a subpoena

In CA the minimum allowed limit by a county is 6 flowering, 12 veg.

However, you're doctor can write that you need more for your condition and up your limit as he sees fit. Mine says 30 flowering and 3200 grams in my possession and under Prop 215 and SB 420 it's totally legal.

In Colorado you are only supposed to have 3 in veg, and 3 in flower. No more than three plants producing a usable form of marijuana. Horseshit!:?

some places in cali you can have up to 99 plants inside a 10' by 10 foot plot. It varies from county to county.

Anyhow to answer your question, i think a card would be a good thing to have in court even if you were over your limit.

also my cuz has a card that allows him to grow 30 in a town that only allows 6... you gotta have a pretty legit health problem to get one of these type of special cards.

12311979 what is a dhs card?

Ya I didn't know you had to have a dhs card to be a caregiver. I thought you can just fill out a piece of paper that states that you are the caregiver for that person.

A grower/provider doesn't need anything from DHS that's not the same as a real health caregiver like someone who helps old people get on and off the toilet and wipes their ass and cooks their meals.
(completely different, at least in oregon)

Hey jeff, what doctor did you see?

So what IS the procedure for becoming a caretaker? Any website that I can download the paper work to fill out... who do I turn it into? Thanks for the info just looking to help out the needy.

A medical patient needs to designate you a primary care provider.

You have to be over 18.

That's about it. :hump:

i say dont put all your eggs in one basket. keep your grow legal and have a few gurilla grows? just a thought

in cali if u dont have the card u can grow as many as u need ca court said sb 420 is unconstutial being u cannot limit the amount of plants a person can have
so if u get caught u might have to fight it in court as most cops are retared and dont care barely respect sb420 so u def wind up in court or they might just take the extra plants but u could fight that
