nope, but it doesnt seem to hard & heres a link to DIY

I've found a company tht sells outdoor led lamps, one of these seems interesting:

16200-18000 lm
3x60W Epistar/Bridgelux
2700-6500 K RGB
120° angle
IP65

They say tht is efficient like a 450W HPS what do you think about it?

Plants need at least 500 PPFD so the real question is what is the PPFD?
im guessing its not enough.

I want to build a cob light. My space is 36"w X 17"d X 42"t. Should I run two cxb3590 or four cxb3070? What would be the best driver? How hot would they get?

Hey there. I'm about to start my first grow. Was looking for feedback on these lights. http://www.betterledgrowlight.com/article/186.html

I'll be using a 4x4x7 grow tent and growing 5 plants in said tent. I'll also be using two of these lights if I decide to go that route.

Im just looking for overall opinion on the lights. I was told they have the Cree chip inside them as well. I'm not sure how to check that though.

Hey RiU,

Long time luker here finally posting. Love the this subsection of the forum. A lot of really knowledgable people doing remarkable things. Ive got a 4x8x7 foot space that im looking too cover. Height and ventilation are my main concerns. I plan on making my own panel but im in a time constraint atm and would like to buy a prefab fixture. Ive narrowed it down between either 2 Heavenbright CXB3590 Motherships or 2 OpticLighting CXB 500 watts. Do you guys think that will be ample coverage for this grow area? And feel free to offer up any suggestions as im open to all!

Yes, two of either would do. I would get 4 T4-1750s from TastyLED. You'd get a better spread and at 53%efficiency.
