If the $ part of it was out of the equation

What light would you buy? I have a 3.5x4ft grow closet and i will get up to 4 plants in the future but will probably do 2-3 until i feel i am at least a novice lol. I have been looking at the HLG blackbird but the problem is that I am not exactly sure what i want. I want a really good light though i do know that.

I have the bloomplus xp3000
That bp3000 will do a 3x3

My Viparspectra bar light has the led driver on a long cable so you can install it remotely outside your tent or room- most of the heat from led is from the driver-
Correct, the drivers will literally burn my hands and they are outside the tent but the light itself probably runs at 95 degrees.

TBH even my “bad grows” are better than dispo weed. You should have no problem growing better as long as you have good geneticsand dial in your fertilizer schedule.

Money not an object I’d have a Luxx 645 dialed down to 60 percent for your area. It does not get hot, warm but never hot.
Our dispos have some good shit this is 100 an oz after tax. The buds are just like the size of marbles so nothing big.

That seems to be a common misconception, most of the heat is from the LEDs. The heat produced by electrical devices is 3.41 BTU per watt. If a driver is 90% efficient, 90% of the power goes to the diodes and the remaining 10% is converted to heat by the driver. Drivers typically have around 88-94% efficiency.

So i get to checkout for the blackbird and then i remember https://acinfinity.com/hydroponics-growers/grow-lights/commercial-grow-lights/ionframe-evo6-samsung-lm301h-evo-commercial-led-grow-light-500w-4x4-ft/?gad=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwgZCoBhBnEiwAz35Rwh--1qZbuEo5rTt_4R3AsKbQJ1HA4o3MPx6jMJErPn7wPrs1cihX4xoC-KEQAvD_BwE ac infinity has lights and it'd go well with the rest of my shit because it's ac infinity but i am pretty sure this is like going to a mexican resturant and asking for BBQ food because i am pretty sure they aren't known for their lights. Anyone have any experience with aci lights or would you even put aci and hlg in the same catagory?

Lights are always going to be a moving target. Just when you thought you've got the ultimate another pops up and buyers remorse can set in. Most of the lights that posters have suggested will surely get the job done. This is your choice. You can only deliberate for so long. Honestly, get the basics figured out. The light is important. However, it not the sole determining factor in your results. The BlackBird is a quality light. HLG has excellent customer service.
You'll be fine whatever you decide.
