Am I the only anal retentive bastard who gets really annoyed with peoples' atrocious spelling errors on this site? I realize most (if not all) of the people on here are stoners. But really?!? There is spell checker, a dictionary, books, brain power, sounding it out, education, any of these things ringing a bell? I don't think my vocabulary is any bigger than most average people and I would wager that my puffing capacity is much greater than the average stoner, yet, my ability to spell remains the same. I refuse to believe the world is getting dumber but I'm not seeing any proof. So please let us gather proof, lets have replies and more gripes with no spelling errors!

Thees iz nawt ay joke. I heave seen somme awefful speeling racently. So STOP! lol

use of fragments, -1

missed apostrophe, -1

beginning of a sentence with a conjunction, -1

use of internet shorthand, -2


shame on you. your spelling is fine but your grammar is terrible.
 
Well, well, well, look what we have here. If I could give this thread 6 stars, I would, but since it only goes to 5 stars, that is what I will do.
 
To each their own, but this is a forum, where many post questions they want answered. It is damn hard to answer something that is written in third grade Ebonics. Why should we take our precious time to answer your questions if you choose to not present them in a comprehensive manner? I guess the retarded gang bangers can give you some good advice since they are on your level.

I believe that is exactly the preferred method of those in question.


I think this should be added to the list of the most often started threads. It has to be top five.


PS I will frequently go on a rant and do not care to backtrack to correct a few typos. I type about 100 words a minute, with a few errors. When you pay me for correctly spelled words, and great syntax, I will shape up.
