Identifying my plant

Basically I've been growing this plant since early April. At first I thought it was female because it had 5 leaves but later on as I read on the internet I realized that my plant could be a male and it ended up having 7 leaves. I don't know if the leaves have anything to do with the sex, but it does have preflowers. THE MAIN thing I'm noticing is these...I don't know how to describe them. Take a look. They're white things that are all over and I'm afraid they're male spores but this is my first plant. I've been looking for pistils but I haven't found any yet. The brown spots are where I've plucked leaves.

Dude..it looks like its budding...take some more close up pics. The leaf count thing isn't what to go buy.

Here's a up close picture of some of the tops. See, I wasn't sure because I had preflowers and when I was growing with my cousin I we had a Lemon G and it was very obviously a female, it's pistils were long and yellow and curved down at the end. Wow I'm psyched! I didn't put it back inside the dark room just because I thought it was male, so I'm going to put it back into 12/12. This is about a week and a half into it but I'm doing it outdoors. it stands 3-4 feet tall
