Identify these bugs....

These things seem to like the buds the best. Always findthem on andaround the buds. What is it? I know the picture sucks but any guesses are welcome.

I pyrethrum fogged the entire grow room so what ever it is hopefully thier dead along with the aphids.

Heres what the little green bugs look like up close. Theyre always on the underside of the leaves.

I think it's thrips. I'm using ladybugs and predator nematodes. My grow looks a lot better. Good luck.
