A spot here and there on a couple of leaves is nothing but you better hunt and kill those thrips before they become a problem. Easy to wipe them out by hand now if you check over all the leaves with a big old magnifying glass to find the babies before they mature and lay more eggs. That pic shows a young one about to become mature enough to mate and reproduce so give it a rub and kill it. Mature ones turn a tan colour and darken as they age. They like to lie in the main vein and feed or can often be found right down in the crotch of the leaf. Just rub anything that looks like a tiny white spot if not sure what it is. Check under the leaves too as that's where they seem to hatch from. The tiny babies can often be found tucked in along the main vein under there.
Good luck.
