Ideas for a really cheap grow room

Hey all, Im growing one plant atm, its on 25 days, still in a starter pot, in a pc grow box. I have a fabric wardrobe to mess around with, yet havent did anything to it yet aside from putting it up lol. Its nearly 6 foot high, and wide enough for about a 20l pot.
Im wanting to transplant asap, as the roots are starting to come through the bottom of the pot, and the plant is outgrowing the pot, however, Im stuck on ideas for a grow room. I was originally going to go with the wardrobe, however, as its fabric, I dont know how I will get reflective material to stick to it, im thinking glue, or maybe lining up cardboard, and sticking reflective material on that, but not too sure which is the best method, as last thing I want is a fire hazard. Im only using CFL's, but you never know what may happen. Also, with fabric, may be a bit difficult to put the extraction fan in it too.
I am tempted to complete the grow using the pc grow box, but wont be able to fit a big enough pot into it, and would rather let it grow, than lst it, top it etc etc, just the pc grow box has mylar in it already, with intake and extraction fans going etc, so its all set up, but like I say, dont think it will be suitable for a decent enough grow.
I am on a very limited budget, so need to do this as cheap as possible, if not free, to spend more money on better compost (as only have john innes number 1, and not enough for a 20l pot anyway), and more lights, as only have 2 30w 6400k cfls, 2 20w 4200k cfls, and the rest 2700k, with wattage ranging from 30w to 23w, and have about 9 of those, but want to get a couple more 6400k's.
For reflective material, was thinking emergency blankets, as theyre only a pound each. Or maybe reflective wrapping paper?
Aside from fabric wardrobe, have a few cardboard boxes available, and the pc grow box, and thats it to grow with, havent got any other boxes, converted desks etc etc.
Can anyone advise please, is it best to put reflective material directly on wardrobe? or on cardboard, then stick cardboard to wardrobe? How could I go about sticking it to the door, as obviously, il need access to the room. Need to make it as lightproof as possible, with as much extraction going on as possible too, as have rented house, and cant afford for landlord to find out when he does a 3 month inspection lol. For reflectors, going to go with coke cans, and for the height adjustment, if i do use fabric wardrobe, going to go with s shaped hooks, chains etc. Need to do this asap, otherwise plant may become root bound

get a fridge box, or a wardrobe box from uhaul. good start if you cant scrape up the jingle for a small grow tent on ebay...

Draw up a grow room on a piece of paper. Make sure you add all the pretty colors. Tape it to the fridge. And BOOM! You got a grow...

Best thin about that is.. You decide how old the plants are.. And you can draw up as much bud as you want

you can use carton sheets and paint it white. cheapest possible and very effective. you can use big boxes and paper tape to shape it as a board and hang them to the fabric with pins. you dont really need to get sheets to cover your whole wardrobe, just walls around the plants. you need to fix the fan to something solid, dont put its weight on the fabric. you can use a small piece of duct and fit the fan tightly in it then hang the duct from ceiling and cut in the fabric and stick the duct through it. use wire protection pipes to pass wires and seal them well to prevent fire. use a good breaker. if you had some money get yourself HPS because until then you will not be growing anything serious. invest in HPS and genetics much more important than buying tents and secondary stuff
