I want to help improve your grow room

(First I want to start by saying I sent an email a couple weeks ago to rollitup regarding this topic but never received a response. I am going to assume its ok for me to post this as I am not doing this for huge profits.)

I have really enjoyed the RIU forum and all its members’ wealth of knowledge. I would like to give back to this great online community by offering what I do best.

I am a plastic fabricator, designer, and cnc machinist with over 10 years experience. I specialize in the marine aquarium industry but have learned that the components used for marine aquariums are similar to those in grow rooms (in the sense that they have to withstand wet and sometimes abusive environments).

I have a 5,000 sq ft warehouse with all the hi-tech tools needed to produce high end products. I am not looking to make large profits here; however keep in mind I have to cover my material and cnc running costs. In the end you will have a product that will last forever…..not some flimsy, made in china, replace once a year product. I have built a number of the following products, all with great results.

Here are just some of the things I can make: (Everything can be built fully custom to your specs)
- Containers. Soil, hydro, etc. maximize your space with custom size/designed containers.
- Reservoirs and grow systems.
- Drip pans and flood trays.
- Brackets, flanges, and adapters for anything you might need.
- Light traps.
- Adjustable container stands. These are great for perpetual grows when you have different stages of growth under the same light. You can raise the shorter plants towards the light so you have a nice even canopy.

I also keep an inventory of products that could be useful to some.
Here is a list of some things I have:
- Water pumps
-Very large selection of plumbing parts. Pvc fittings, bulkheads, valves, uniseals, unions, barbed and speed fittings, etc
- Hard and soft tubing/hoses.

I am sure I have forgot some stuff so if you are looking for something and don’t see it just ask.
I will update this thread with pictures as I complete orders.

Please PM me for all inquires.

UPDATE: here are some photos of a pair of adjustable container stands for 10" pots.
These are pretty versatile. they start at about 14" (top of container). These are very solid and stable with the drop in design.

Fully extended raises the top of the pot to 24"

The front and backs are open so you can reach through to the back of the grow cab or you can store stuff under the pots.

Fully extended and flipped upside down give a solid platform which raises the top of the pot to 31". It can also be used for smaller pots that would fall through the hole on the "top"

A scrog screen that you could de-tach would be awesome. The problem with the traditional scrog , you can't move the plants once they grow into the scrog
