I'm currently growing in flood tables over 1kw lights, I was going to expand it but I've decided it doesn't seem truly efficient. So instead of getting a larger facility and doubling lights, just go vertical...
I was thinking of doing some type of 6" PVC structure. Some kind of a closed loop with 2 or 3" netpots sog style, I'll attach a pic of what I was thinking... But I want to get coverage on all 4 sides for every light, which makes a 12 light setup very intricate. Size isn't the issue, nor construction cost, just efficiency. So I was thinking of doing 5-6' squares, sloping 12" per loop with 4-5 loops per light. I'll post an example....
I just wanna know what I'm getting myself into. I don't want to use drips or sprayers if I can avoid it. Just a pump in res at bottom that runs to top. Just a slight slant all the way using elbows, about 20 elbows and 20 4' pipes per light.
Here's a pic, just more closed and dynamic I guess... I'll draw a pic too...
