i recently vouched your genetics to a friend based solely on these boards
beautiful plants
great germ rate
vigorous vegetative growth in 4 of 5 strains
cheesequake
agent orange
jilly bean
jack the ripper (the slow vegger)
ace of spades

now, i'm reading a lot of people claiming bananas as early as 3 weeks into flower and commonly at 5 weeks in several of these strains
i figured i'd come here and ask you

is this a common trait in your genetics or is this hater-ade

i've only seen pics to back up the claim in one grow of one agent orange plant

thus far my friend has had no issues that i'm aware of with bananas, but they are mildew magnets(all 5 strains)

with the mildew issues being a pretty good stressor, should my friend anticipate a bunch of cross dressing freaky girls, or are these genetics pretty stable?

also, what would you suggest for PM in flower? - sulfur doesn't even begin to cut it for his room
i told him rebuild if sulfur won't do it - actually i told him to burn it to the ground and move
do you have a less dramatic course?

His humidity must be threw the roof...it's not the strains I run cq jillybean and AOS
if you aren't sub and you don't have pics it didn't happen

thanks for the bump

humidity ranges from 43-51% with lower dips before watering in winter around 35 or 38%
so ummmm....

Before I vouch for something, I try it myself. I've tried two TGA strains so far, and not had herm
issues. Sure I've dealt with a little PM, but it was no worse on the TGA strains than any others.

Mildew magnates?

Weird, I live in a rain forest and don't have PM problems. His issues are purely environmental in that respect.

I have Jilly Bean in my greenhouse with absolutely no PM issues, again.... in a rain forest, in Oregon.

And if you are asking for a sole reply from Subcool, you might be waiting for a while since he is moving shop.

You're "friend" is lucky he's got someone to do his whining for him...

But really, the piles and piles and piles of success stories tell the story. Mildew can pop up anywhere if the conditions allow, and anyone can create a herm...

again, no pics= didn't happen

again, thanks for bump

and - if i minded waiting, would i have posted the thread?
the question is about nanners
the mildew is free info - take it as you will
i'm being this polite, because i want a real answer - if you have pics and are a vaguely respected member, i'd call that an answer
otherwise...

I don't really care whether you believe me or not... That part's up to you.

Check out my Pandora's Box log if you want some pictures of healthy, PM free TGA genetics...

All strains of cannabis can hermi, lots of breeders use hermis for there breeding of Femized seeds. TGA uses Male and female plants for breeding,

In all the strains i have grown ,TGA is the best yet. you just have to know how to plant a seed in some dirt and wacth it grow, and you must relize the meaning of DARKNESS in flower... it means DARK as in No light.

i don't fully agree on the total dark thing......if that was the case, strains would be herming like crazy in the moonlight.....i believe it is more of what is/is not in the growing medium......its container stress mostly, freaking the plant out, and making it go into survival mode......hence GROWER ERROR......all staiins have a genetic ability to herm, some express it easier (with less stress than others)......sometimes, all it takes is a plant to get root bound, and she will herm....

...that being said.......the mildew thing is rediculous........tell your bro to fix his environment, and stop blaming genetics.....

....also, if Sub's strains had a high % of Hermaphroditism, do you think he would be one of the hottest, most well repected breeders out there? i think not.......if you want your questions answered....next time come correct.....and i say that with respect.
