I agree with Socata. Life is not meant to be understood, though it's something we all wish for in one way or another. But just as we try to reach for the golden ring, just as we are on the pinnacle of understanding, it's taken away from us as quickly as it came and then you're back at square one.

Im sorry guys, this thread seemed like the right idea at the time but it just seems so foolish now. I did however get an amazing feeling which i wish i had written down. I actually felt like I understood everything and I was thinking to myself...man i should be a councilor. hehehehe have a good night guys

I'm somewhat of a philosopher and a metaphysics theorist and theres nothing quite like the feeling that you have solved the puzzle of life. It seems like the closer I get to the true meaning of life the more depressed I feel.
The other day my family and I were talking about the asteroid that is expected to hit the earth 500 years from now and weather humans will have the ability to deflect it. I told them it's wrong for us to interfere in cosmological events, even if it is for the sake of our species, it is immoral.
I believe that there is a greater intelligence to these astrological events. I believe that we are all a naturally occuring parasitic infection infesting the fullside of a planetoid being we know as earth and the only way for this being to clean itself is to do the right things i.e. global warming and be in the right place at the right time for a thorough yet seemingly painful Meteor impact clean off.
