In 1991 I predicted that should marijuana ever be legal it would be at such a time as that the only possible purpose would serve to avert the public eye from the reality of a total and complete socioeconomic collapse.
I was about 17 and I probably said "Fuck man!, the only way they are ever gonna legalize weed is if things [we] are already totally fucked! Just to make us passive.....!"
